Jianghan Petroleum Drill Bit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company†or “Jiang Diamondâ€) hereby voluntarily discloses information regarding its intellectual property rights in order to enhance transparency and fulfill its responsibility to investors. The Company and all members of the Board of Directors confirm that the disclosed information is accurate, complete, and free from any false statements, misleading information, or material omissions.
In response to recent investor inquiries about the company’s intellectual property, the Company has decided to provide a detailed overview of its IP portfolio. As of now, the Company holds a total of 110 Chinese patents, 18 international patents covering countries such as the United States, Russia, and Iran, and 217 proprietary technologies. These achievements reflect the company's strong innovation capabilities and technological leadership within the industry.
Over the past years, the Company has made significant progress in research and development, participating in three key national 863 Program topics. These include the "Development Technology of Oil Wellhead System for Marine Deepwater Underwater Well and Production Platform," "Key Technology Research of Underwater Tree and Development of Complete Equipment (Phase 1)," and "Engineering and Development of Offshore Oil Well System." Notably, the first project has successfully passed the acceptance review by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
In November 2013, the State Intellectual Property Office announced the first batch of National-Level Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprises and Advantage Enterprises. Among them, the Company was recognized as one of the first National-Level Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprises, a title it held from December 2013 to November 2015. This recognition highlights the Company’s continuous efforts in promoting technological innovation, developing independent intellectual property rights, and building a robust technology system. Such achievements are expected to further strengthen the Company’s core competitiveness and self-driven innovation capabilities.
