The procurement budget is 1.44 million yuan. 1) Detailed technical requirements for the product can be found in the competitive consultation document. 2) The negotiator needs to make an overall quotation for all the project contents, and must not miss any items, otherwise it will be treated as invalid.
2.6 Delivery period: Within 20 days after the contract is signed (the negotiator can self-report the shortest delivery period according to his own strength).
2.7 Delivery location: The designated location of the Armed Police Yunnan Provincial Team Materials Purchasing Center.
3. Consultant qualification requirements
3.1 The qualified negotiators participating in the procurement project of the Yunnan Provincial Corps Digital Cluster Base Station must be an enterprise legal person or other organization legally registered in the People's Republic of China, with independent legal personality, a valid business license, organization code certificate, and tax registration certificate ( Or a three-in-one business license).
3.2 Manufacturers or distributors who have the ability to independently complete the supply and service of related goods. The distributors who participate in the negotiation of this project must have the manufacturer's power of attorney for the project and the manufacturer's after-sales service commitment for the project;
3.3 The negotiators have not reflected or recorded any bad behaviors such as violations of laws and regulations in the past 3 years. There are no terminations, disputes, disputes, arbitrations and litigation records caused by breach of contract or improper performance of contracts for three years, and no order is suspended or the bidding record is suspended. .
3.4 If the foreign negotiators participate in the consultation, an after-sales service agency shall be established in Kunming and relevant supporting materials shall be provided.
3.5 Does not accept consortium consultations.
3.6 The Consultant shall abide by the relevant Chinese laws and regulations.
3.7 Obtain competitive consultation documents that fully meet the substantive requirements of the competitive consultation documents.
3.8 In addition to the qualifications of the subject, the following conditions must be met:
(1) The negotiator shall be a legally registered enterprise within the territory of the People's Republic of China, and shall have the status of an independent legal person and have the ability to independently bear civil liability.
(2) Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
(3) Have the equipment and professional technical skills necessary to perform the contract;
(4) Have a good record of paying taxes according to law;
(5) In the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities, there were no major illegal records in business activities;
(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
(7) Similar performance in the past three years.
(8) Products that meet the technical parameters stipulated in the competitive consultation documents, and have the registration, inspection or commodity inspection of the relevant Chinese authorities and the quality certification of the manufacturer. (9) It has the type approval certificate for radio transmission equipment issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.
(10) If the legal representative is two or more legal persons of the same company, or the parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary or holding company of the bidder and the bidder, only one of them can participate in the bidding.
4. Acquisition of competitive consultation documents
