How to use positive pressure air respirator?

1. Wear a respirator
1.1 Remove the respirator from the packaging box and check the integrity of the system;
1.2 Check the pressure of the gas cylinder and observe the reading of the pressure gauge on the cylinder valve. If equipped with a bottle valve or a self-locking bottle valve, open the bottle valve and observe the reading of the high pressure meter on the breathing apparatus;
1.3 Bring the flat surface of the gas cylinder close to you, the end of the gas cylinder with the pressure gauge outward, let the left and right shoulder straps of the strap be placed between the two hands, hold the left and right handles of the back plate with both hands, and raise the respirator above the head, with both hands backward Bend down and drop the respirator so that the left and right shoulder straps fall on the shoulders.
1.4 Pull down the shoulder strap so that the respirator is at a suitable height, and does not need to be adjusted too high, as long as it feels comfortable;
1.5 Insert the chest strap. Insert the belt and tighten it forward to adjust the tightness.
2. Check the alarm performance of the alarm whistle
2.1 Ensure that the air supply valve is closed;
2.2 Open the gas cylinder valve for about half a turn, observe the pressure gauge, and close the gas cylinder valve after the pressure is stable (Figure 8);
2.3 Alarm performance check: Use the palm of your left hand to block the outlet of the air supply valve, leaving a small gap, gently press the exhaust button of the air supply valve with your right hand to slowly exhaust, observe the change in pressure gauge, when the pressure drops to about 6.5 During MP, the exhaust volume should be reduced, pay attention to the pressure gauge, and pay attention to the sound of the alarm whistle, which should sound between 5.5 ± 0.5MP;
2.4 After checking the alarm performance, open the cylinder valve for at least two turns.
3. Wear a face mask and check the tightness of the wear
3.1 Take out the mask and relax the headband of the mask;
3.2 Hang the neck strap of the mask on the neck;
3.3 Set of upper mask, put the lower jaw into the lower jaw of the mask;
3.4 Pull the headband so that the center of the headband is at the center of the top of the head;
3.5 Tighten the following two headbands to the proper elasticity, pay attention to the direction of tightening should be backward;
3.6 Tighten the middle two headbands to the proper elasticity;
3.7 Tighten the upper headband to the proper elasticity;
3.8 Check the airtightness of the wear: block the air inlet of the mask with your palm and take a deep breath. If you feel that the mask is tightening towards the face and there is no airflow in the mask, it means that the mask and face Sealed.
4. Connect the air supply valve and enter the work site
4.1 Insert the air outlet of the air supply valve to the air inlet of the mask and insert it into the mask. A slight click will indicate that the air supply valve and the mask are connected;
4.2 Take a deep breath and open the air supply valve;
4.3 Breathe several times and enter the workplace without feeling uncomfortable;
4.4 Pay attention to the changes in the pressure gauge when working. If the pressure drops until the alarm whistle sounds, it must be immediately withdrawn to a safe place.
5. Take off the respirator
5.1 After work, return to a safe place;
5.2 Disengage the air supply valve: take a breath and hold your breath, press the red button of the air supply valve to close the air supply valve, hold the air supply valve in the right hand and hold the valve body in the palm of your hand, and hold the supply by the thumb, index finger and middle finger The handwheel of the gas cylinder makes it rotate at an angle, pulling the air supply valve away from the mask.
5.3 Remove the mask: use the index finger to turn the stainless steel buckle on the mask headband to loosen the headband, grab the air inlet on the mask and pull the mask out, remove and place the mask.
5.4 Remove the respirator: insert the thumb into the belt buckle to pull out the tongue of the plug to disengage the belt buckle; disengage the chest buckle; pull the buckle on the shoulder strap outward to disengage the shoulder strap; grasp the shoulder strap to remove Respirator.
5.5 Close the cylinder valve.
5.6 Press the green button on the protective cover of the air supply valve to exhaust the remaining air in the system, otherwise the gas cylinder and pressure reducer cannot be disengaged.
6. Disassembly and installation of gas cylinders
6.1 Disassembly of gas cylinder:
6.1.1 Observe the pressure gauge to ensure that there is no pressure in the system
6.1.2 Pull the wrench on the cylinder belt to loosen the cylinder belt
6.1.3 Turn the handwheel on the pressure reducer to disengage the gas cylinder
6.2 Install the gas cylinder:
6.2.1 Plug the cylinder into the cylinder belt on the back plate
6.2.2 Make the gas cylinder and back plate upright
6.2.3 Align the center of the outlet of the cylinder valve with the center of the handwheel of the pressure reducer
6.2.4 Turn the handwheel to connect the pressure reducer and the gas cylinder
