Agricultural technicians vigorously grasp the mushroom production management

Mushrooms need water, but mushrooms are afraid of water, because the water will damage the hyphae, causing the mushroom to reduce production. The method of water use, as we have already discussed before, the different stages of growth are different. In addition to the use of water, the management of greenhouse mushrooms also needs to pay attention to the following points:
First, pest and disease prevention: pests and diseases have a great threat to mushrooms. Once they are harmed, they will endlessly suffer, and some will even end up. The focus of pest prevention is: the culture material should be killed before entering the house, the secondary fermentation should be emphasized, and the mushroom house should be disinfected and disinfected beforehand. The strain should be fumigation with aluminum phosphide, and the soil should be covered with formaldehyde, lime or Fusarium, and mold. Spirit processing, daily mushroom room often spray pesticides.
Second, the prevention of free ammonia: ammonia has a toxic effect on the hyphae, so that the sowing species lose vitality. It was found that the culture material had an ammonia smell, and the next species should be stopped, and the ammonia treatment was carried out with formaldehyde. The amount of formaldehyde depends on the amount of the culture material and the amount of ammonia. After fumigation, it is evenly flattened. Generally, as long as the carbon-nitrogen ratio of the ingredients is paid attention to when stacking, the nitrogen fertilizer should not be used too much, and the chemical fertilizer should be controlled in an appropriate amount. When the nitrogen fertilizer is put into use at the time of stacking, the production of free ammonia can be avoided. Of course, the strain does not recover. The reason is that the secondary fermentation is not complete. The temperature rise in the next stage causes "burning bacteria", the fermentation period is prolonged, the acidification of the material is too much, and the culture material is too wet.
Third, to prevent a large number of deaths: mushrooms often appear in the mushroom stage shrinking, yellowing and death, the main reasons are as follows:
1. The temperature of the high-temperature mushroom is higher than 23°C for more than 3 days. The growth of the bud is inhibited by the temperature, which is conducive to the growth and development of the mycelium, so that the nutrient is reversely transported, leading to no trophic or trophic Death by moisture. Therefore, after the mushrooming, it is still necessary to have high temperature resistance preparations, such as using the south side to cover the shade shed, spraying the water on the mushroom house surface, or cooling the ice block and appropriately delaying the pile material, avoiding the high temperature and the like.
2, nutrient-deficient culture materials do not have enough nutrient supply, such as insufficient nitrogen source in the heap, especially lack of manure, carbon-nitrogen ratio imbalance, accumulation culture materials anaerobic fermentation, culture materials are thin and less, nutrient deficiency, or autumn mushroom nutrients Depletion caused the mushroom to die. Therefore, it is required to provide high-quality materials, fermented yeast, turn over good materials, and promote thick material cultivation to provide sufficient nutrients.
3, mushroom house or mushroom shed poor ventilation room, depressed, long-term poor ventilation, especially in the mushroom stage, the fruiting body metabolism is strong, such as closing the window to transfer water caused by high temperature and high humidity, a large number of fruiting bodies died.
4, water management improper fruiting body different growth and development requirements for water is different. The lack of water in the bacteria layer and the lack of sufficient water supply in the soil layer can also cause the death of the young buds, or the water is not clean, and the long-term spray of water will cause death.
5, the osmotic pressure is too high, the use of salt water will increase the osmotic pressure, so that the buds lose water and die.
6. When the pests are seriously harmful, they will eat the hyphae, causing the buds to die in batches.
7. The use of pesticides during the abuse of pesticides should be diluted as required. Increasing the concentration of pesticides at will will cause phytotoxicity. Pesticides containing petrochemical emulsifiers are prohibited.
