1. System design should be standardized and practical

The design of the anti-theft alarm system must be based on the actual investigation of the site, and the design should be based on factors such as environmental conditions, objects of prevention, investment scale, maintenance, and methods of receiving and handling the police. The design of the system should meet the requirements of the relevant risk level and protection level standards, and the management and use requirements of the relevant design specifications, design mission statement, and builder. Equipment selection should meet the requirements of relevant national standards, industry standards and relevant management regulations.

2. Pay attention to the advancement and interchangeability of the system according to the standards

3. System accuracy

The anti-theft and intrusion alarm system should be able to accurately and timely detect intrusion behavior and send out alarm signals; there should be clear and obvious instructions on the sources of intrusion alarm signals, anti-demolition alarm signals, and fault signals.

4. System integrity

The system should take precautionary measures against all paths in the intrusion fortification area, and strengthen preventive measures against the weak links of physical protection that may exist on the intrusion path. There shall be no blind spots within 5m of the protected object.

With regard to integrity, it is now more of a problem. We found in daily acceptance and inspection that many alarm systems have many loopholes. The key is the lack of integrity in design. Regarding the solution of this problem, it is necessary to rely on the technical designers' full understanding of the standard content and the accumulation of rich alarm engineering experience.

5. Depth protection of the system

The design of the intrusion alarm system should adopt a deep protection system. According to the risk level and protection level of the protected object, the entire defense area should be fortified at different levels and levels. A complete defense zone shall include four different types of defense zones, including perimeter, surveillance zone, protection zone and restricted zone, and different protection measures shall be taken against them.

A control center shall be set up in the protection zone, and one or more sub-control centers may be set up if necessary. The control center should be located in the restricted area, at least in the protection area.

With regard to the understanding and application of this point in the standard, managers need to pay sufficient attention. At present, the issue of depth has been noticed in the prevention of the Wenbo system, bank vaults, and surrogates. However, in other respects, the depth of the alarm system is relatively lacking, and many of them are isolated and lack of hierarchy.

6. Linkage compatibility

The anti-theft alarm system should be able to interact with the TV surveillance system and the entrance and exit control system. When joint design with other systems, system integration design should be carried out, and each system should be compatible with each other and work independently.
