This initiative not only strengthens Yalong but also propels the broader industry toward industrialization. **Academician Tang Fenglin**, a distinguished expert in exploration engineering, previously served as the deputy secretary of the Party branch and head of the Exploration Engineering Department at China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). He also held positions such as deputy director of the Hubei Provincial Exploration Engineering Committee and director of the Exploration Engineering Department's Curriculum Guidance Committee under the Ministry of Geology and Minerals. Recognized globally, he is a foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, the Russian Academy of Engineering, and the International Academy of Mineral Resources (IAMR). Tang's notable contributions include seminal works like *Diamond Superhard Materials for Drilling*, *Drilling Process Experiment Design*, and *Core Drilling*. He has authored over 120 papers, with eight published in Russian. His work earned him numerous accolades, including first and second prizes for Hubei's Outstanding Teaching Achievements and the third prize from the Ministry of Geology and Minerals. The Sino-Russian university collaboration project, "Optimization of Drilling Process," received the prestigious Scientific Invention Memorial Award from the Russian Academy of Sciences. Tang has traveled extensively, participating in international conferences, leading discussions, and fostering scientific exchanges in countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Germany. **Academician Chikhutkin Viktor Fedorovich**, a professor at the School of Engineering, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), serves as the Chief Scientist of the Engineering Research Center under the Ministry of Education, specializing in Geotechnical Drilling and Protection. A fellow of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and the International Academy of Mineral Resources (IAMR), he has published over 200 papers, secured over 50 patents, and authored ten books. He has delivered academic lectures across Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and other Commonwealth of Independent States nations. Chikhutkin frequently visits China, where he shares his expertise at institutions like China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and Henan Yalong Diamond Products Technology Co., Ltd. In 2009, he became a visiting professor at China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and joined Henan Yalong as a senior technology consultant. Established in July 2001, Henan Yalong Diamond Products Co., Ltd. operates within Zhengzhou's High-tech Industrial Development Zone. With over 200 employees, 35% hold college degrees, including two academicians, five doctors, and two master’s degree holders.
