Solar inflatable light illuminates the room 360 degrees

At a recent event called Mpowerd in New York City, a new and innovative product caught the attention of many: a compact solar inflatable light. Designed for use during power outages, this device offers a fresh approach to portable lighting.
Traditionally, people rely on flashlights when the lights go out. However, flashlights often have limited light coverage and can only illuminate a small area. This makes them less than ideal for situations where broader, more even lighting is needed. That's where Luci, the solar-powered inflatable lamp, comes into play.
Luci looks a bit like an old-fashioned lantern, with a transparent cylindrical plastic cover and a light source at the bottom. What sets it apart is that the plastic cover can be deflated or inflated as needed, making it highly portable and easy to store. Inside, it features 10 energy-efficient LED bulbs and a built-in solar panel. The solar panel charges the battery, which then powers the LEDs for illumination.
When turned on, the light from the LEDs spreads evenly across the room in a 360-degree pattern, creating a natural and comfortable lighting environment. According to reports, Luci’s brightness is comparable to a standard 60-watt bulb. It takes about six hours of direct sunlight to fully charge the battery, but once charged, it can last up to 12 hours. In addition to lighting, Luci also includes a USB port for charging phones and even a Wi-Fi hotspot feature. Priced at around $16, it's an affordable and practical solution for both emergency use and outdoor adventures.
