Tests conducted by the DuPont Microcircuit Materials Division revealed that the use of silver paste could be reduced by up to 40%, while simultaneously improving relative efficiency by over 0.5% compared to the standard single-screen printing process. This was accomplished by employing a stencil for fine-line printing followed by busbar paste screen printing. Attendees at the event expressed keen interest in the productivity gains and enhanced conversion efficiency offered by this innovative process.
