How to use S78-4 spray-proof shockproof horn
The S78-4 spray series shockproof horn is designed for stable and accurate installation on machine tools. To use it properly, first place the required horn under the foot hole of the machine tool. Insert the bolt through the horn and rotate it until it makes contact with the load-bearing plate. Then, adjust the machine's level by turning the bolt clockwise. Once the machine is leveled, tighten the nut to secure the position and maintain the horizontal state.
It’s important to note that due to the natural creep phenomenon of the rubber material, the machine's level may shift slightly after initial use. Therefore, it is recommended to recheck and readjust the machine level approximately two weeks after first installation. This ensures long-term stability and optimal performance of the machine tool. Regular maintenance and periodic checks are also advised to ensure continued efficiency and safety. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for proper handling and installation to maximize the lifespan of the horn and the overall system.
