Lian Weiliang, vice director of the National Development and Reform Commission, attended the meeting and chaired a symposium on economic system reform involving officials from local development and reform commissions.
The conference emphasized the importance of implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s instructions on future economic reforms. All regions and departments were encouraged to thoroughly study the spirit of recent speeches by President Xi on comprehensive reform and the decisions made at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. The goal is to fully understand and apply these policies to guide practical reform efforts.
The meeting highlighted that China is currently in a critical period for building a moderately prosperous society, deepening reforms, and accelerating economic transformation. It stressed the urgency of promoting comprehensive reforms, particularly in the economic system, to address long-term challenges and current risks. Bold and decisive actions are needed to gain public trust through meaningful reform.
This year marks the first year of implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. Members of the National Development and Reform System, along with other relevant units, face major and challenging reform tasks. A stronger sense of responsibility and urgency is essential to advance the reform agenda.
Key reform priorities include:
1. **Investment System Reform**: Streamlining approvals, improving the private investment environment, and encouraging social capital participation, especially in railway construction.
2. **Price Reforms**: Reducing government pricing, liberalizing competitive sectors, and establishing market-driven pricing mechanisms for resources and agriculture.
3. **Fiscal and Tax Reforms**: Implementing transparent budget systems, reforming taxes like consumption tax and environmental protection tax, and enhancing financial services for the real economy.
4. **State-Owned Enterprise Reform**: Promoting mixed ownership, defining roles of SOEs, and accelerating reforms in key industries such as energy and oil.
5. **Market Rules**: Establishing fair and open rules, improving credit systems, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
6. **Urbanization Reform**: Focusing on people-centered urbanization, solving issues related to population mobility and funding.
7. **Trade and Investment Facilitation**: Expanding openness, promoting free trade zones, and supporting enterprises going global.
8. **Social Reforms**: Enhancing education, healthcare, and social security systems to ensure fairness and inclusivity.
9. **Environmental Protection**: Strengthening conservation policies, improving governance, and building an ecological civilization framework.
The conference called for unity, boldness, and strategic thinking in reform implementation. It urged all parties to maintain alignment with the Party leadership, embrace innovation, and ensure that reforms are both effective and sustainable.
Finally, the meeting emphasized the need to focus on five key areas: learning from central guidelines, strengthening dynamic reform mechanisms, promoting professional approaches, creating replicable success stories, and conducting targeted theoretical research to support ongoing reform efforts.
Hot Sale Mass Flow Meter
Zhejaing Sealand Technology Co., Ltd. is a trustworthy manufacturer of Mass Flow Meter, Mass Flowmeter, Mass Meter, Flow Meter, Flowmeter, ATEX, IECEx & CE approved. The product range covers different size from DN03 to DN150, and bigger sizes are being developed.
Sealand mass flow meter is designed and produced according to world`s latest Coriolis technology with exelent appearance, stability and accuracy to measure mass flow rate of a fluid traveling through a tube, widely applied to alternative energy, oil & gas, chemical, food & beverage, industrial energy, marine, power, pulp & paper, water & wastewater industries, etc.
Mass flow meter measures the mass based on Coriolis effort. The operating principle involves inducing a vibration of the tube through which the fluid passes. The vibration, though not completely circular, provides the rotating reference frame that gives rise to the Coriolis effect. While specific methods vary according to the design of the flow meter, sensors monitor and analyze changes in frequency, phase shift & amplitude of the vibrating flow tubes. The changes observed represent the mass flow rate and density of the fluid.
