The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the cooling water is abnormal; according to the refrigeration theory, the heat release of the condenser directly affects the cooling capacity. Therefore, the cooling water system should be checked first. Based on the pressure loss value on the nameplate of the main unit, if the pressure difference from the reading of the pressure gauge at the entrance and exit is much larger than the normal value, there is a blockage of debris at the inlet of the condenser. Opening the inlet end water seal shows that the copper pipe has a small diameter. Since the cooling water is an open system, the debris is scattered on the water collecting tray and enters the system with the water flow. Once the water filter mesh is broken, it is collected into the condenser inlet. Therefore, it is necessary to remove debris.

Second, troubleshooting methods:
When the fault indicator and the protection switch are all normal, the compressor cannot be started. Please check:
1. Is the temperature switch too high or damaged?
2. Whether the switch is damaged;
3. Whether the antifreeze switch is damaged;
4. Whether the pressure switch is tripped or damaged;
5. Is the compressor overload protector damaged or tripped;
6. Is the electromagnetic relay coil damaged and the overload protector damaged?
7. Is the liquid level too low in the water tank;
8. Please check if the chilled water flow switch is damaged.

Note: If the above control switch or line is faulty, the compressor will not operate.
