Introduction of Henan Bochuang's classification ability of spiral classifier for mineral processing equipment
 The ore dressing equipment spiral-spinning classifier and mill constitute closed-circuit grinding, which is almost the standardization process of grinding and grading of the ore dressing plant in the past 100 years. The spiral classifier operates reliably, has a high operating rate, and has a wide range of feeding conditions. It can automatically close the road with the mill, making it a strong vitality in the grinding and grading operation of the concentrator. It is still the most widely used grading equipment. . However, the spiral classifier is graded at a settling speed. The limited settlement area makes the classification efficiency low, and the sand returning mud is serious. After a large number of qualified grain-level returning mills, on the one hand, it causes serious over-grinding; on the other hand, the qualified grain size occupies the effective volume of the mill, and the new ore is produced. The increase in the amount is limited and the processing capacity of the mill is severely affected.
       For a general concentrator, his grading efficiency is only about 30% , and the returning sand contains 50% to 60% of the qualified granules. If the grading efficiency can be improved, the qualified granules in the reclaimed sand are reduced to less than 30% . The processing capacity of the mill will be increased by more than 20% . Therefore, it is an effective measure for the concentrator to improve the processing capacity of the mill by increasing the classification efficiency of the classifier with the closed circuit of the mill. In order to improve the processing capacity of the mill, many concentrating plants have carried out a lot of scientific research work in improving the classification efficiency of the spiral classifier. However, due to the limitation of the classification principle of the spiral classifier, no significant effect has been achieved. The use of other screening equipment to replace the Naxuan classifier, a lot of experiments have been carried out, and because of the deficiencies of the screening machine itself, none of them can be widely used in large-scale production. The spiral pipe sieving machine is a novel screening device with automatic lifting function on the screen , which has the performance of automatic closed-circuit grinding with the mill.
