The photovoltaic industry needs the state to increase policy support

The development of China's photovoltaic industry is currently in a rising period. If we can break through the bottlenecks in policy and technology, there is bound to be an infinite future. Cui Rongqiang, director of the Institute of Solar Energy Research at Shanghai Jiaotong University, believes that the current state should strengthen policy guidance and promote the gap between the industry and the international advanced level.

First, formulate medium- and long-term plans to "train the photovoltaic application market and promote the development of the photovoltaic industry", and legally stipulate and refine the proportion and key uses of renewable electricity procurement.

Second, encourage civilian access to the Internet. Drawing on foreign experience, we will gradually launch and implement a truly "photovoltaic roof plan" to establish the position of photovoltaic power generation in the national power energy structure.

Third, establish special support funds and implement fee reduction and exemption policies in financial and taxation. For example, in the current domestic electricity tariffs, special funds are subsidized into the photovoltaic industry; in poverty-stricken areas, photovoltaic power is used, part of the government subsidies, and some enterprises support it, and support by cost price.

Fourth, learning from the experience of ordinary buildings in developed countries must have photovoltaic products. In the developed areas, public facilities and government buildings must adopt the rigid policy of solar energy.

Fifth, support the upstream high-purity silicon raw material industry, reduce the cost of photovoltaic cells, and accelerate the reduction and application of photovoltaic grid-connected power plants.
