Stop the filter cake when it is suitable for thickness, and then work after unloading the cake, which can extend the service life of the filter bag.   5. When changing the filter bag, you can not use the hard object to directly pull the filter bag to pull down, and apply the force to pull up the auxiliary belt sewn on the filter bag.     6. When unloading the filter cake, the unloading cake should be kept parallel with the filter cloth as much as possible to prevent damage to the filter bag.    7. When installing the filter cloth, ensure that the filter cloth on the upper part of the board frame is flat and fixed to avoid damage to the filter cloth when the board frame is pressed due to the discount of the filter cloth.     8. The time for the filter cake to adhere to the filter cloth should not be too long. If the filter is too long, it will cause deformation and sagging of the filter cloth.     9.
