Medium frequency induction furnace for cast iron melting
Induction electric furnace is a commonly used melting equipment in foundry. According to the power frequency, it can be divided into three types: high frequency furnace, medium frequency furnace and power frequency furnace. According to the purpose of the process, it can be divided into melting furnace, heating furnace, heat treatment equipment and welding equipment. Commonly used induction furnaces are customarily classified into core induction melting furnaces, coreless induction melting furnaces, vacuum induction melting furnaces and induction hardening equipment. This paper mainly analyzes several problems of cast iron melting technology for casting coreless medium frequency induction melting furnace.
