Haochen tutorial mechanical reducer top view drawing
In the previous tutorial, we explained how to use the Haochen CAD Machinery 2011 software to draw the assembly diagram of the secondary gear reducer. In today's CAD tutorial, we will still bring a drawing tutorial for the reducer assembly drawing. However, what we are demonstrating today is how to draw the top view of the reducer profile.
1. Use the Haochen CAD Machinery 2011 to draw the gear profile. Since the gear profile is symmetrical, we can use the [Symmetric Line] command in the Haochen CAD mechanical software drawing tool to draw (Figure 1).
2. Based on the axis, use the Haochen CAD mechanical software to draw the outer contour of the reducer box in the top view (Figure 2).
3. Draw a sectional view of the end cap of the box and fill the pattern. Among them, we can use the [Wave Line] command in the Haochen CAD mechanical software drawing tool to draw the profile curve, and the bearing end cover can be drawn using the [symmetric line] (Figure 3).
4. Draw the screw hole and pin hole: Click [Building Tool] - [Single Hole] of Haochen CAD Machinery Software, input relevant data in the dialog box, and quickly draw the screw hole and pin hole (Figure 4).
In this way, our secondary gear reducer top view is completed. From the drawing effect point of view, with the professional drawing function of Haochen CAD mechanical software, this top view better shows the structure of the reducer, and the composition is also relatively clear.
