Emerging energy industry development planning focuses on five major areas
According to reports, on July 20, at the national energy economic situation conference in the first half of the year, Jiang Bing, director of the Planning Department of the National Energy Administration, revealed that the emerging energy industry plan has formed a mature manuscript and is preparing to report to the State Council. The plan proposes that from 2011 to 2020, the cumulative investment will increase by 5 trillion yuan, which will increase the output value by 1.5 trillion yuan per year.
The financial department will focus on the construction and implementation of the five new energy support development systems, namely, five projects on “photovoltaic power generation development, energy conservation and new energy vehicle demonstration and promotion, renewable energy building applications, biomass energy development, and wind power scale developmentâ€. The key areas will be comprehensively promoted from the five links of “public platform, technology research and development, industrialization, demonstration and promotion, and consumption cultivationâ€, and strive to make breakthroughs in key areas and key industries.
