2.1000?C below medium and low temperature furnace clinker (0.9mm) mass fraction of 60%, raw material mass fraction of 40%, plus appropriate amount of water

Brick seam:

1. The vertical brick joint of the trolley furnace wall is staggered by 1/3~1/2 brick length, and no vertical fracture is allowed.

2. Each wall of the furnace wall shall have a 5~6mm expansion joint for each length of 1m, and the layers shall be staggered. Covered brick after expansion joint

3. The brick joint of the top of the furnace is not more than 1.5mm, the brick joint of the furnace wall and the bottom of the furnace is not more than 2mm, the brick joint of the non-heating area is 4~5mm, and the seam of the brick of the furnace shell is 8~10mm.

dome:

1. Prefabricated arc-wood masonry, made of wedge-shaped bricks and standard bricks

2. The bricks are not allowed to lack corners, and the slope of the arch bricks must match the vault wedges.

3. The bricks are not allowed to loosen, and the vault expansion joints should be left at the intersection with the end wall, 5~6mm per meter.

Electric heating element:

1. The material of the electric heating element replaced by the trolley furnace should be the same size and shape as the original electric heating element.

2. Tungsten arc welding for high temperature furnaces greater than 1000 °C, DC arc welding for medium temperature furnaces, acetylene-oxygen welding for low temperature furnaces (neutral flames)

3. Oxygen acetylene welding (neutral flame) for nichrome

4. The electrode is R407 or R507. Oxyacetylene gas welding uses the same heating wire as the welding wire

5. Preheating before 600~700 °C before welding. It is best to stress at 600~700?C after welding.
